Your journey to a permanent, natural-looking replacement tooth.
You will have a thorough clinical examination with one of our implant dentists. This will include full X-rays and a 3D CBCT scan to assess your bone structure. Together, you will discuss your treatment options and expected outcomes to create a personalised plan unique for you.
The titanium implant is carefully placed into the jawbone during a minor surgical procedure. This is carried out under local anaesthetic so the procedure is not painful. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the experience is.
Over the following weeks, the implant integrates with your natural bone. This creates a strong foundation for your new tooth. During this time, you may have a temporary restoration.
Once the implant is fully integrated, a custom-made porcelain prosthesis (crown, bridge or denture) is fitted to the implant(s). All new teeth are colour-matched and shaped to blend seamlessly with your surrounding teeth.
